Artist and vendor spots in the People’s Choice Festival have previously been restricted to Pennsylvania residents. Starting in 2026, we will invite applications for “guest artists” from states that neighbor Pennsylvania (which are New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio).
