Additional Info	Due to the uncertainty of COVID restrictions, the HMF, Inc Board has opted to provide three weekends of smaller, safer events. The Morganton Festival Weekends: Traditionally Upheld, Safely Downscaled will take place on August 27-28, September 3-4 and 10-11 with a regional concert performing Fridays 6:00-9:00pm and a craft and food event on Saturdays from 10:00am-7:00pm.
